Building an Ad-Supported Media Network

The Challenge
Recruited from Los Angeles to launch Best Buy's first-ever ad-supported media network. No existing framework, no precedent in retail, and the need to generate profitable original programming that would drive both ad revenue and brand visibility.
My Strategic Approach
Developed a comprehensive entertainment strategy that balanced brand alignment with audience appeal. Created editorial priorities that directly supported ad sales goals while maintaining content quality and viewer engagement. Established key agency partnerships to augment content creation capabilities.

Manage daily content production, increase the number of videos, while optimizing for audience engagement and platform performance across multiple verticals with a small team. Make video and be on video anytime you're in the office.

Keep my tight knit production team in constant contact and communication by acting as the support center and problem-solver. Create sustainable daily production workflows that allowed our nimble team to stack video production and double our output while maintaining quality standards and celebrating our wins.
